CONGRATULATIONS ON TAKING YOUR FIRST STEPS TOWARDS A BETTER AND MORE ENJOYABLE GOLF GAME!
These golf fitness and flexibility classes (delivered online via Zoom) have been specifically designed to target the parts of the body that need to be stronger and have better flexibility, to allow you to play your best golf more consistently.
THE FORMAT OF EACH SESSION WILL BE:-
The approach within the class is for it to be a welcoming, safe and encouraging environment, where everyone can enjoy the journey of becoming fitter and more flexible, to allow them to play their best golf for as long as they can.
THE CLASS DATES AND TIMES ARE:
Classes will run for 4 consecutive weeks in January 2026. Dates and Times are:
9.00am on Monday 12th, 19th, 26th of January and Monday 2nd February.
6:30pm on Tuesday 13th, 20th, 27th of January and Tuesday 3rd of February.
As the classes are on a first come, first served basis, if we are oversubscribed, we will start a reserve list and be in touch about other future classes.classes.
HOW TO PAY
Been working with the MindBodyGolf programme for just over a year now , and can honestly say it has not only been a great investment in my body strength and flexibility, but also has helped me to become more mindful of my body and how it works in the golf swing.
