Pre Round Warm Up

Welcome to your Mind Body Golf pre-round warm-up

This page gives you a simple way to prepare your body before you tee off.  Choose a 5, 10, or 15-minute routine, based on the time you have. Each session focuses on loosening key areas, waking up your muscles, and getting your body moving in a golf-specific way. You’ll find short, easy-to-follow exercises designed to improve mobility, balance, and rotation, helping you feel ready on the first tee rather than stiff on the third hole. A proper warm-up can lead to better swings, more consistency, and a lower risk of injury, all without leaving you tired before the round.

5 Minute Pre-Round Warm Up

This 5 minute warm up will help you get your body loose if you find yourself with very little time before making your way to the first tee.

10 Minute Pre-Round Warm Up

This 10 minute warm up routine will help set you up for your round, stretching the core golf muscles needed to help you feel great on the first tee box.

15 Minute Pre-Round Warm Up

A good 15 minute warm up to prime your body, engage your core and help you start strong and stay that way throughout your round.
